Pink and Pouty Medical Wigs takes extreme pride in providing medical-grade hairpieces to our clients. We understand the importance of maintaining an individuals' dignity and preserving the natural look of hair, especially for customers who have experienced hair loss due to a medical diagnosis. 

 

We strive to provide our customers with hairpieces that look and feel authentic, are customizable to reflect current hair trends, and are low maintenance.

Shipping Policy

Please note all hairpieces are made to order. Once customer measurements are verified, please allow up to 15 days for customization of the unit. The customer will receive an email notification when the hairpiece is ready to ship. Customers will have the option to pay an additional amount to select expedited shipping, however, this would be after the 15-day waiting period for hairpience customization.  

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, NO RETURNS, all sales final.

Please note all requests for customization must be made at the time of the consultation. Once the hairpiece is constructed, it cannot be altered.

Please note that the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements for sizing and customizing hairpieces. Pink and Pouty uses a specific method to take measurements and will provide detailed instructions for each client. If you are not sure how to take your measurements, please contact us to set up a Zoom Consultation.
