Is a cranial prosthesis affordable?Cranial prosthesis are considered medically necessary and many insurance providers may provide partial or full coverage. We are pleased to be able to work with each of the major insurance companies to verify benefits and coverage. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), you can tap into those funds to cover the cost of this product. We work directly with benefit managers and provide all necessary documentation. We also offer flexible financing options available for all credit types.

How do I know if my insurance is accepted?The only way to know if Pink and Pouty Medical Wigs is in network with your insurance provider is to complete the insurance verification. Please go to our home page, scroll to the bottom of the page, read and follow the instructions listed. You will click the "Insurance Verification" button to begin the verification process. How do I initiate return?No Returns, All Sales Final.

Can I return my custom wig without contacting you?Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us for prior approval will not be honored.

Can I use oil on my wig?No. Oil is never needed on your wig after installation. After each shampoo, you may use light hair oil to add moisture.

What type of brush do I use on longer units?We suggest using a wet brush on units 18 inches or longer.

Can I pin curl my wig?If you choose to pin curl the wig, always pin on top of each curl. Never stick pins throgh your wig cap as that may damage the unit.

Do you have an After-Care Program?Yes. We offer an After-Care Program that includes the following: Shampoo Resecuring Wefts Deep Conditioning Styling After-Care is highly suggested if you wear your wig daily. Email us at pinkandpoutymedicalwigs@gmail.com for more information.
